As we move into this twelfth month of 2008.
There a few things we may wish to do, with regards
to our P.R.I.M.E. Income Master Plans. We
may want to update the monthly goals and project
new goals for 2009. If you have your plan
broken down to a daily Action Plan then you will
want to update this as well and go ahead and plan
those Holidays!
Now I am not talking about those traditional
holidays and birthday reminders. I am
talking about your YOU, US and Them Days.
-
YOU Day =
getting out for the day and take a long walk,
get your hair done or cut, spending time with a
hobby like, fishing, shooting pool, wood
working, dancing, cooking and all the things
you enjoy doing more than anything else.
Often working just seems to take over
everything and you forget what being you is all
about. Most often because our personal
enjoyments get pushed to the side and often
forgotten because we are too busy and tired to
enjoy them anymore.
-
US Day =
getting together with
the person or persons that make you an US.
My US group are my wife, my sons, my close
local friends and enjoying one our common YOU
things. Or in the case of your better
halves, maybe something that makes them
happiest. As it is not always about your
YOU thing.
-
THEM Day =
getting
among those folks that can be helped by your
unique personality and gift that we all can
share with someone. Help out at a
shelter, work with a food bank, do community
clean-up programs, organize community get
togethers, something that will make others feel
good. Organize something, advocate for a
child in court that may be lost in the system,
befriend someone that you think could use a
friend. Do something random daily just
because you wanted to do something kind.
RAK's come around. Random Acts of
Kindness can be a planned part of your day,
week, year, life and beyond.
Now we have the You, Us and Them Days, worked
in let's plan around them.
Many if not all of us have families, or special
people in our lives, that love us for being us and
nothing more. At least I do, and I know you
do, also. We need to plan our working days
and hours around the quality time we will spend
with them while, not when we are achieving our
goals. Yes, if not for them we wouldn't be
receiving near as much love, faith and respect as
we would without them in our lives.
