This week I want to impress upon you that saving on money you already spend will help balance, stretch and simplify your budget. Saving is one trait a lot of folks seem to have a challenge with. You know the economists and financial experts, all seem to agree that folks should save a portion of their income and have at least a six month cushion in savings in case of the unforeseen circumstance that can devastate a family financially.
This feat is still one of our goals in my household, and hope that you have achieved that goal or working towards a similar goal. If not you really should add that to your to do list. We have and it is really not as hard you think. The hardest part for us was setting up a household budget. Once we achieved that goal the money set aside for savings began to grow it didn't hurt a bit.
